How do exchanges work?

When you place an order, we generate a one-time deposit address exclusively for you. After your funds are confirmed on the blockchain, we process the exchange and send your converted funds to your provided destination address.

Do you require KYC or verification?

No, we are a non-KYC exchange and do not request identity verification or Source of Funds (SoF) documentation.

Do you track client metadata such as IP addresses or browser fingerprints?

No, we do not collect or store any metadata. Our platform is designed to prioritize user privacy and security.

Are you a registered entity?

Why is my Bitcoin transaction taking longer than expected?

Bitcoin transactions depend on network congestion and mining fees. If there are many unconfirmed transactions in the mempool, confirmations can take longer. Transactions with higher fees are prioritized by miners, while lower-fee transactions may take longer.

Why is my Monero exchange delayed?

Monero transactions require 10 confirmations before funds become fully spendable. If there are multiple pending transactions, delays may occur, but your exchange will be processed as soon as the confirmations are completed.
